Here for sale is a 1994 Yamaha XTZ750 Super Tenere. This example of the famed Dakar Rally winner was dry stored for the last five years and has since been thoroughly overhauled. Prior to being in a garage, this exact bike was very well travelled, reaching Africa among many continents. It has been thoroughly loved and tested throughout it's life to date. It has suffered some scars along it's near 50,000 mile life, so please don't expect mint panels etc. The bike is largely original with only a free flowing full exhaust fitted & some frame bars. The recent work to the bike includes: Full engine service, oils/ plugs, filters etc Brake system overhaul Two new tyres Some wiring repairs, namely the front spot lights (wired up to full beam) Reconditioned chain & sprockets (they were nearly new when it was stored) Dash bulbs replaced New suspension fork oil & seals Carb rebuild (with new seals/ gaskets) & balance to the free flow exhaust Fuel pipe system replaced Coolant drain and change Wheel bearings & head race bearings had been replaced before storage New battery Other minor improvements Genuine Yamaha parts used where possible. So now the bike is running very well and is ready with a fresh MOT (first time pass) to be taken on a new adventure or to be cosmetically restored.
